NVE is a brand experience agency that operates within seven distinct areas of work which include: integrated marketing campaigns, experiential, Virtual, Live, Content, Interactive and communications marketing. NVE has four brands including NVE, Treehouse Fabrication & Scenic, Cognition and The Future Party. After implementing NetSuite to improve optimization of data flow within the business and keep the expansion and rapidly growing business decisions have become more efficient and effective.

As their company began to grow rapidly data became impossible to organize and use for critical business decisions. Data Management and customization were key to the NVE’s ERP system. NVE needed a solution that had excellent project financial tracking capabilities, real-time data to their project managers and was able to do 3 rd party integrations. NetSuite checked all 3 boxes.

The Appficiency team was able build an ERP system that was customized to the specific pain points NVE was experiencing. NVE utilized Appficiency’s pre-built Material Job Costing
application to allow for more efficient and effective tracking of high-volume projects job costing metrics with little manual labour. Additionally, Appficiency Implemented a unique SuiteScript Solutions to adjust to the specific functional requirements within NVE. Reporting became easier and much more automated.

NVE’s previous ERP systems had lacked the ability to customize and needed a solution that had the ability to fit NVE’s operational requirements and customizations.
It was becoming very labour intensive to collect the financial data from the production teams into their current ERP system and it was preventing their company to make timely business decisions as the timeline was longer than it should have been with the current ERP system to track down the data. As a rapidly growing company with now over 50M in annual revenue, they realized quick access to data from the teams within the field was key and had become very harder to obtain with the increased client base.

Several solutions were implemented by Appficiency. With help from NetSuite and Appficiency, NVE was better able to manage their data, and increased their ability to operate their business.
